1. Long lines and hours spent waiting? No more! FASTPASS is available for Rock 'n' Roller Coaster. Single riders can now use the queue-line to get on this ride much quicker. This attraction is always filled with many guests. Enthusiasts go back several times for this ride.

2. The best place to purchase Rock 'n' Roller Coaster souvenirs is at the gift shop right after the ride. It is very hard to locate any souvenirs elsewhere, including World of Disney at The Marketplace.

Rock 'n' Roller Coaster - Starring Aerosmith

Party Like a Rock Star!
V.I.P. STYLE!!!

Welcome to Aerosmith's world. Loud music, lavish parties, and exceeding speed limits in a loaded, stretched limo on the LA Freeway! Rock 'n' Roller Coaster is in Disney's Hollywood Studios, which is located at the end of Sunset Boulevard. On July 29, 1999 Rock 'n' Roller Coaster officially opened. This ride is very popular with the big kids, teens and thrill-seeking adults. Backstage Passes are not easy to come by. Be prepared to zoom through Tinseltown, with blasting Aerosmith tunes, going at a speed starting at 0 - 60 mph in 2.8 seconds, with the force of a supersonic F-14. Some familiar songs that guests will recognize are "Love in an Elevator", "Walk This Way", "Sweet Emotion", and "Dude Looks Like a Lady". There is a 48" height requirement for this ride.


WARNINGS for this ride:

  • Expectant mothers should NOT ride
  • Be in overall good health
  • No neck, back, or heart problems
  • No high blood pressure
  • Motion Sickness
  • If taking any medications, check with your doctor prior arriving to Walt Disney World


As far as roller coasters go, this one is very smooth and comfortable. The "limo" shoots through the tunnel, a souvenir ride photo is then taken, as three inversions wait shortly ahead (a loop, a roll over, and a corkscrew). For those guests who have yet to experience this crazy ride, the end of the ride will not be revealed.

Backstage Passes? Do I miss the concert?? Do I make it just in time??? Was it worth speeding????
