License Agreement:
Installation - By clicking the "I Agree" button or continuing the installation, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, exit the installation program now by clicking the "NO" button.
You may only use the software on one Windows PC, Apple Mac OS X, and Windows Pocket PC.
You may access all upgrades on a version that is just added to upgrades that will be provided without a fee. It is to be made within 6 months of purchase of the software. After 6 months, a fee may be charged for any upgrades beyond 6 months from the date of purchase.
The LICENSEE (you) may not sell, or distribute to other parties, translate, modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software.
The LICENSEE (you) may make a copy of the SOFTWARE onto an appropriate storage medium for backup security purposes.
This is a legal agreement between you and Mouse Explorer, LLC. ("Mouse Explorer"). Please read this license agreement carefully. Installing Mouse Explorer software indicates that you accept these terms.

Mouse Explorer is an unofficial Guide Map for Walt Disney World®. It is to be used only by the consumer/purchaser. It is not to be sold, shared, copied, or altered in any other shape or form. No information will be given out to any third party or sold without your permission. This software is legally owned and copyrighted by Keith Urban, LLC.

We are not connected to, maintained by, affiliated with, authorized by, or in any other way officially connected to the Walt Disney Company® or its' affiliates. The name of locations (including the name of the resort, Walt Disney World®), theme parks, attraction names, resort names, or any other material is or may be copyright by the Walt Disney Company™ or other company or individual. While all occurrences of these copyrighted or trademarked names have not been noted, they are herby acknowledged as property of the Walt Disney Company™ or the original copyright holder.
Limited Warranty:
Mouse Explorer warrants that the disk(s) upon which the software is provided is free of defect in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt, in case of such defect, scratch, or a broken disk(s). Mouse Explorer will replace the defective disk(s) free of charge; excluding charges for shipping and handling. Contents of product are good for 90 days from the date of receipt, due to updates, new attractions and/or construction of all parks.

All publications or products that Keith Urban prints, creates, invents, or designs. This includes, but is not limited to, his different products, ideas, and technologies in the company. In addition Web Design, Graphic Design, Products, Software, Multi-Media an any artwork created or designed. Sole Copyright and Ownership of and including Mouse Explorer and mouseexplorer.com.
